Deise Draw
The first Deise Draw takes place on the 10th of May. It is a changed format this year, where there is 6 draws instead of 10 and the full cost is 90E for 6 tickets or 15E per ticket. The first prize is 12500E 2nd prize is 3500E and so on. Tickets can be got from Catherine Lyons who is the Deise Draw coordinator for the year.
Helmets
As we all know by now, helmets that are tampered in any way will not be covered by insurance if they receive a facial injury.
Senior Hurling
We travelled the short journey to Fraher Field last Sunday evening to play local opponents Abbeyside and came away with a win, well done to all concerned

Training
Now that the cherry blossom has come along with the swallows it is great to see the u8s and u10s out on the wide open spaces of Clogherane. With Footballs and Sliothers flying in all different directions and the best of Goodyear getting walloped it is great to see such honest endeavour.

Our first match is upon us and we are playing away to Cappoquin on Sunday 23rd April at 10.30am.
U16
Training is up and running.
Junior
Dungarvan competed in their 2nd match of the year away to Portlaw on Sunday morning. Congratulations and well done coming away with a win on a scoreline of Dungarvan 3-13 v Portlaw 2-1. Panel Alix Fitzgerald, Aoife Nagle, Anne Marie Tutty, Taylor Murray, Clodagh Curran, Michaela Moran, Kaiesha Tobin, Aisling Baumann, Isabella Wade, Caoimhe Denmead, Angela Tobin, Sophie O’Shea, Erica Kiely and Kayleigh Veale. Next match is at home to Tallow, date and time TBC.
U8/U10/U12
Training continues in the Sports Centre on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 6pm. All girls welcome.

Ladies Football
This week was our first week back training with the U8 and U10 girls, and we are all delighted to be back! This week’s player of the week is Odharna Cleary. Odharna is on our U8 team and was also voted “Personality of the Year 2016” last year. Odharna is always kind and friendly at training and always does her best, getting better and better each time! Well done Odharna keep up the good work!
